I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Very bad culture and environment is there. No rules and regulations. I resigned by serving 2 months notice but my salary for 1.5 months plus gratuity still due, even after so many mails and calls they did not respond.
