The Director and the Indian Team is excellent and are the breadwinner for the company while the team in NY are always easy going and messes up the business and relationship with clients.

It takes a long time to get a visa to travel to New York for training but that is because of the USA State Department. King Rose encourages every team member in the Bangalore office to travel to the New York office for training which the company pays for.

If you want to work with this company you should have high patience and determination as they will be tested to its threshold, you should start loving micro management your work

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
