If you want to work with this company you should have high patience and determination as they will be tested to its threshold, you should start loving micro management your work

Dislikes

It takes a long time to get a visa to travel to New York for training but that is because of the USA State Department. King Rose encourages every team member in the Bangalore office to travel to the New York office for training which the company pays for.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
