i have been working with kinapse since 2015, the best part of kinapse is good working culture and we can maintain the work life balance.

Dislikes

Main draw back of the Kinapse is weak HR department and training system is not well organised so they need to improve the process. Recently Kinapse has started working Training process, hope it will give positive results for them. As per my knowledge they need to work on to meet the MNC standartds HR Policies Allowances and Facilities to Employees Training process Work from home

There hasnt been any job or pay cuts, infact Kinapse is recruiting and providing jobs. The work culture is really good and the management asks you to take breaks and spend time with family.

Dislikes

The company has not provided any support for WFH like, no internet reimbursement, no work ergonomics support, or anything of that matter. While other companies are providing complete infrastructure to make WFH experience better.
