I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It was salary on time, but sooner it's going to change as management has started to put salaries in hold

Dislikes

Poor management and team leading Bias Management Not at all professional atmosphere No WFH The pay is low, and they expect you to do extra work that's not even in your job description HR and their policies are of no use as theirs daily abuse, undiscipline, and uncleaniness.
