Gurgaon location work life balance is very poor not in my team other team member is complaining same but much better environment in Hyderabad office as compared to gurgaon all these I am writing because I have work in both the locations.

Always Say "Yes" to the senior management, whether that is correct or wrong. So, you can survive in this company.

1) Any time they will fire you from the company, without any notice period. 2) Salary not in time, sometimes it will delay more than 10 days. 3) If you want to survive in this company, always says yes to your senior management, whether that is correct or not. 4) No work life balance, we have to work even Saturday and Sunday also. 5)We have to work more than 12 hour on regular basis, and some manager expect, we will work 24 hours....Read More

No culture. Autocratic style. Growth curve is restricted. Called CMMI Level 5 but hardly stands at CMMI level 3.

1. No professional demeanor in anyone across functions and departments from top to bottom. 2. Mis leading and Mis selling projects to clients 3. No proper resourcing for alloted projects leading to Escalations 4. They dont either pay FnF or make u wait for an year and dont respond to any communications. 5. HR department is so rude and unprofessional that its hard to have a discussion with them.

Feels like it is a theoretical organization.

Dislikes

Employees background and the learnings that they bring to the table are not industry standards. The projects are sub-standard and the Project Managers struggle to keep the projects in Kellton's baskets as long as they can. The quality of the delivered products are not that great and the organization focuses on theoretical learnings. The salaries are frequently delayed.
