1. Firm claims to be people’s companies but it’s filled with rude, transactional, and unapologetic people. 2. Leadership is weak as per industry standards and unfortunately the repercussions are always faced by young consultants. 3. Forums and town halls are in-place to keep WLB in check and improve the culture but things are mostlyon paper.
