1. Firm claims to be people’s companies but it’s filled with rude, transactional, and unapologetic people. 2. Leadership is weak as per industry standards and unfortunately the repercussions are always faced by young consultants. 3. Forums and town halls are in-place to keep WLB in check and improve the culture but things are mostlyon paper. Partners behave in absolute obnoxious manner and feel they have the luxury to treat consultants like that. 4. HR have no voice in the company and have not helped a single consultant in their struggle against the leadership....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
