The working culture is good in karvy .All our seniors focus their worked they were very supportive and friendly too.I have worked with three team leaders all were very good and supportive.so overall experience is good.

Some times the quality department makes things difficults to us but i think that tough behaviour is the part of job so i am not complaining about that it was okay .

I worked as a customer trainee support officer in karvy. It is a airtel dth customer support offices so we have to take the call from airtel dth customers and provide suitable answers ,support,and solution of their problems.I also sell sim on call.
