Karvy one of the wosrt company in India. I worked there for more than 1.6 year as lead Training. They have no respect for there employees, no job security, no salary date even worst management alogn with terrible poltics. I left the company due to mentioned reasons but still struggling for my FNF and PF. They did not updated my 1 year PF amount.

Teammates and Higher management are supportive. Appraisals are fair and there is no on time salary credit, Still my PF was not credited and completely miss match details are submitted by company, worst experience on provident funds.
