Dislikes

The account opening system can be made Easter, because as we all know all the banks are making it more and more easier for opening accounts but I don't think we are doing enough in this regards

The jod is good but as not adequate training is given before hand people tend to struggle in the beginning and it becomes more of a learn on the job rather than a well trained and execute

It's is like an old school with prmitive style of working. They are trying to fit legs in new shoes guided through external bodies under contract, however th bossism culture is at its peak. Regarding Vivid measures, a meagre grant was made however, more management was required.

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
