When you want to learn new new areas in banking industry none of seniors co operate in helping to do so and they don’t at all rotate any staff members for jobs they kept me in a single place as a cashier for 2 years I knew I couldn’t learn anything out of it . I was working in a branch with a wonderful team, I learnt alot working there, in terms of work also and in terms of skills required to lead a life also. I was disappointed in only one aspect, of getting transfer to the place of domicile. Even after marriage and having a kid I didn't get transferred to Mangaluru. Otherwise it's the best job to go for
