There is no proper planning of work by client team/PM and some times timelines are impossible to achieve due to which you will have to do extra work on weekends or stretch your shift

Work Details

I joined kantar 2 months back but within this 2 months I had to stretch my shift and also work on Weekends in order to achieve timelines which are impossible to achieve without working on weekends. So I am not happy with this.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
