The work culture is worst in this company. There is no motivation to work in this Company. Whatever you gain as salary is taken away in the form of Contributions towards parties. There is no job security even when you give your 100 percent. No matter how much you perform, they will just try to demotivate you saying that they are not satisfied with your performance and can anytime tell you to leave without prior notice....Read More

Friendly staff, supporting managers. Opportunity to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

Low salary for developers already working there whereas new hires getting higher salary. This will demotivate the existing employees.

Work Details

Work life was good. Since the team and manager were so supportive at work. I joined as a Frontend developer but also got the opportunity to work in backend.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
