This is my third company, i did not see such a good company for married people andmanagement taking care of employee and they are consider employee personal situation as well.

New technologies training should provide by the company for current employee and involve employee related task as well.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
