This is my third company, i did not see such a good company for married people andmanagement taking care of employee and they are consider employee personal situation as well.

They provide good food and a good salary. I liked their work culture too. As a beginner Kanarad is a great place to start.

Dislikes

I am ambitious and needed more salary so I have moved to Dubai. I couldn't find any problem with Kanrad work ethics. I remember a situation, after my resignation the HR put the salary on my account on next month that I didn't work. I didn't use that money and I couldn't inform them also. But one month after they recollected money from the account. I would really appreciate them about salary payment terms and work culture....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
