A company with no vision and poor leadership, making bad financial decisions and short-term goals that hurt both employees and clients. False promises during hiring, lack of empathy, favoritism toward headquarters staff, and a toxic work culture make it a frustrating place to work. Add to that unreasonable firings, bad client relationships, and losing business—it’s a sinking ship. Many positive reviews are fake, forcefully added by academy interns.
