I have joined here as an hr executive. So far the company culture was good but it ended up terrible. There is a recruitment head ekta Manocha she wants everytime her trained employees to satisfy her ego by always apologizing to her. She has given me a lot of negative feedback and there is no job security here you can be kicked out anytime they like. Employees are like a joke to them they make them quit even the employees are in a very terrible situations. Please think thrice before you join this company. It's purely a corporate politics you have to endure to join here. The benefits and the liabilities are good but the culture of them treating employees is very bad....Read More

There is nothing to like. You will be treated good only in the start and as time goes they can kick you out anytime irrespective of how good you are. No transport facilities available. No incentives available it's after 3 months of athe reference joining . It's like almost a no incentive. I am glad iam out of the company
