They recruit candidate from India through consultancy named Forret India Pvt Ltd based at Ahmedabad OR company MD sending message to candidates directly on Linkedin. Once candidate select consultancy will ask candidate to fly ASAP as employer is having an urgent requirement Once candidate join Kane at Ghana after few days they stary giving tremendous pressure on candidates. there are many Expats professional candidates who left Kane in last 06 months because attitude and work culture.
