In this difficult situation the company has ensured our jobs to be secured, flexible working is allowed till feb, and have considered the expenses of the staff and providing us with 90% of our salaries.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
