- Wont receive salary on time from almost a year. - There is no performance pay paid to you on time. - They will provide minimum number of leaves in a calendar year. - There are no hikes / promotions no matter how good you perform. - Learning curve is very narrow and wont get to learn much. - You are expected to work even on weekends and late nights for which u wont get extra pay nor day off. - Finding technically sound people is very challenging here. - Lot of micromanagement. - There is lot of toxic work culture which is due to poor management - There is lot of false hope given every month so that they can work day and night.
