Kagool is an very good emerging company with existence in various countries. KAGOOL performance in last 5yrs is very good. There are very good data related projects.

Dislikes

There are no HR policies available in Kagool India so it’s very difficult to manage HR related things. HR team is very junior and not aware of industry standards. I faced few conflicts related to HR things. Performance pay (variable) amount is almost 10% and it’s not applicable for resigned candidate means straight a way you ll loose performance pay after resign. Pathetic Organization policies with no job security and salary delays every month. Pressure employees to not speak about the salary delays and no payment of performance pay which was told to be paid in full every 6 Months. They reduce the Basic Salary Amount so much that your first Job Basic Salary amount would be more and put almost 80-90% of Monthly Salary amount in the project allowance which is only paid if you are on project....Read More

There are lot , let me share some major ones which taking company to downfall constantly:- 1- Skill less leadership is the major one. 2- False promises to clients and employees. 3- Salary delays. 4- Poor management. 5- Micromanagment and no work life balance. 6- Due to all above points the head count of company is about 50% as compared to last year or before that, continuously people resigning on daily basis.
