- Wont receive salary on time from almost a year. - There is no performance pay paid to you on time. - They will provide minimum number of leaves in a calendar year. - There are no hikes / promotions no matter how good you perform. - Learning curve is very narrow and wont get to learn much. - You are expected to work even on weekends and late nights for which u wont get extra pay nor day off. - Finding technically sound people is very challenging here. - Lot of micromanagement. - There is lot of toxic work culture which is due to poor management - There is lot of false hope given every month so that they can work day and night. HAHAHA Forget about work life balance There will be no room to grow right from juniors to seniors. I would suggest not to join the company.
