HOD's are very rigid. Don't want to implement better changes in the working which can benefit their team. HOD's just don't want to work and used to enjoy their personal life more by not helping and involving in their sub-ordinates work unless MD or Customers raise concerns. HOD's just chase for baseless work targets with their Sub-ordinates that's all. They don't pay you according to your skills and work load does not divided equally because HOD's don't know how to manage team. They pay you only as per their relationship with them. If you dont ask for promotions, they won't bother to do it on their own. HR policy is very poor and not at all existed. There is only timing issue.The timing issue which I think is worst there is no timing mainly you come to the office at 9:00 - 9:30am & 7:30pm.
