The junior associates are a good lot

Dislikes

They haven't released their 2023-24 bonus. They fired one of their partners simply because of an internal beef. All good partners have left. Strict no if you want any career progress. Appraisals don't matter, even after a great appraisal the same hike is given across the floor. Promotions are arbitrary depending on how much you can be a pet of either of the three partners running the show in Mumbai and Delhi. They deducted salary for late comers. Never seen such a practice anywhere. If you want anything out of your career don't touch this place with a barge pole....Read More
