Pressure on employees for daily target. I know target is necessary for the growth of business as well as employees but regular pressure on employees create headache and lots of mental health issues.Ao in my opinion encourage and pressure to achieve any targets are two different things one can motivate and another can fill sense of insecurity in the mind of employees i.e. demotivate.
