Talent does not go waste only you need to be always motivated for self initiation. HR is not very strict and never stands with employees when there is native workers employees involved. Appraisal system is little confusing and in some cases people not getting due increment, I find transparency is missing in appraisal. Office politics is very limited and seniors are supportive in general. Engineering and Quality team is good but only drawback is not held accountable for miseries many times.
