No job security,,, having 10 to 12 years of experience more than 2000 employees of jswenergy and steel lost there.it is not in news it's true. Company stopped giving increment and promotion. I am working in JSW from 2008 as jr.manager my take home salary is just 38k 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Work Details

I work in shift it is 8hr. After my shift I have to work 1 or 2 more hours in plant. This year my leave 4 cl,5 Coff and 10 PL got lapse as my HOD cancel leave plan. This I for all because of less man power in plant.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
