1) Salary paid on time this is good indicator for employees. This is one of the biggest issues face by employee in other places. 2) I have worked under whose team i.e. Team Leader he is polite person never diatrub you during your office time but instruct you that your reporting part should be finished before due date.

Dislikes

There was not a big issue but less salary offered as per working experience and as compared salary offered work expectations were high. May be they have offered as per company policy.
