One of the worst culture now . I suggest nobody should never ever work here . Full of politics and managers are very very dumbassholes . They care only about there job safety and security. They can terminate when ever they want and doest give or take any explanation . They have terminated many employees and they are unable to get next jobs due to employer termination due to which they are not able to find next jobs and they are heading towards jobless and depression state . I like the work culture here. The people you work with. My senior leaders were friendly and down to earth. (My VP and AVP) they made me feel like second home.

Dislikes

Senior leaders have to interfere and get to know how and what challenges are faced by new employees in their team because Managers have communication gap, misunderstanding and unfriendly. Sometime they will be rude while giving feedbacks and demotivated.
