Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.

New managers and new team leaders in Bangalore site with pathetic team efforts. Where managers are caught in indecent acts and fired and rehired after one month but still in office. Ignoring it all that the American clients are not notified. And when raised voice. You will be fired or mentally tortured in office by managers in claims EMM and DR department in tower C of 7th floor. People are suffering the wrong management introduced newly. Please take a survey from them about the previous management and new management. Biggest cheats of this place are manager Ruben Powell, and team leader Nitya Roseleen.
