Office atmosphere seems to be good but once employee joins they will be exploited by signing bond stating they are trained but no proper training will be provided. Everyone work for their financial needs and requirements but the company takes this as their privilege to exploit them to the core but changing the process often and by making them to sit and work for 14 hours mandatorily. Simply to say it’s completely a Micro managed company where COO and CEO will directly interfere and will restrict employees growth and they will always want their employees to think from their perspective where the individuality is lost. People will be hired but later they will be fired within 6 months stating they doesn’t match companies requirements. They tend to match them with Big B companies but no facility or support will be provided to employees....Read More
