Salary on 7th of each month JoulesToWatts are not abide to the rules mentioned in your Offer letter and its one sided. They ll not pay you 1 month salary by saying work policy Worst HR system, they ll not receive calls/respond to mails Zero co-operation from Hiring team No Employee friendly

- For honesy review connect with recruiters working in J2W through linkedin. Do not listen to Managers, ceo or leads. -There are only 3 managers that are good out of 20-30 mangers. If you report to them then good, else I pray for you to get out safely. - I must admit work ethics are on 100% mark.

- Horrible Culture. - Leads there will shout recruiters salary openly on floor and ask to work. If that girls manager (DGM) reports to CEO to fight for victim, CEO will sack that person (DGM) and ask to leave. Because the lead is generating business. - If your a recruiter, god bless, sometimes even CEO will come and ask you how manySubmissions - Industry wise 2/5 rating for Salary. 1/5 for incentives.
