During my tenure I met very enthusiastic and worthy working mates who made my time there bearable regardless of all the Chaos goes in the company.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Terrible senior management. No respect for employees time and mental health. Favouritism amoung the employee.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
