The over all work environment and work culture here is good, if you are a fresher good for exposure. This is a right place . In covid -19 the company is providing WFH and also the salaries are always paid on time.

Depends on the Project manager and not able to blame the company here.

Everything like politics, career growth, management cunningness, salary/appraisal. Variable bonus there never pay and upon that when you leave they will loot some money from FNF settlement without reason. They are just looters. Unnecessary money deductions are there favorite habbit. They don't have money to pay to lower management but they will hire people with 30-40 years of experience. It's a very good place to work for the fresher's and get to know many things. But compensation are very less. If you work here there are lot of chances are there to travel onsite.

I joined this company as a fresher for the Flexcube Development team and within 3 months I got the chances for travel. For learning wise its a very good company.

1. Poor management has led to lot of quality resources leaving the organization. 2. Bad work culture. 3. Poor HR policies. 4. The number of new projects bagged by the company has been on the decline. 5. No hikes/variable bonus payout. Minimal employee recognition.

Good salary package (maybe not for freshers), flexible working hours, top management with good ideas/intentions, banking products/services specialised company - experienced banking domain func/tech guys can expect onsite opps.

Middle management not strong in implementing board/top-management's ideas/visions. Team members arbitrarily getting pulled into other projects based on some honcho's whims & fancies. Project Management policies/structure under build-up, yet a long way to go. Target business areas only MEA

Overall, the company is quite OK to work for. People are recognised based on their good efforts, onsite opps (only MEA region) are there, top-mgmt is quite accessible for sharing ideas/grievances if any etc. But project mgmt not quite well implemented.

We can learn a lot as a fresher.but growth wise it's not fine

Dislikes

Company HR polices are terrible and no standards in the company. You will not get appreciation from the Management (work and salary) and they don't provide minimum facilities to the employee.
