FCUBS Techno-Functional OBMA

Implement and support for Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS including OBMA (OBBRN, OBO, OBCLPM) products across versions (14.5 and later) with focus on implementation, customization and enhancement.
Perform requirements gathering, solution design, and use case development during FLEXCUBE implementation projects involving OBMA products like OBBRN, OBO, OBCLPM etc.
Design and develop Restful web services relevant for OBMA products.
Develop new screens using OBX (Oracle Banking eXtensible) tool.
Customize and develop new FLEXCUBE screens using RAD tools and Business Intelligence Reports via Oracle BI Publisher.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations.
Collaborate with clients to address implementation challenges and provide end-user training.
Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Handle multi-tasking and work under pressure in dynamic environments.

Mandatory Skills
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java, with a solid understanding of OOPS concepts.
Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
Strong analytical and debugging skills with hands-on experience in application installation, implementation and maintenance of Oracle OBMA products (OBBRB, OBO, OBCLPM etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of adapting to evolving technologies and environments
