It's better to be jobless than joining JmR Forced to travel during covid Didn't pay for return tickets when i had a personal reason to return even after 9 months of stay Useless travel desk and finance dept God only knows how they calculate TDS, even if you ask noone Three managers in two years and no hike no variable pay

The over all work environment and work culture here is good, if you are a fresher good for exposure. This is a right place . In covid -19 the company is providing WFH and also the salaries are always paid on time.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
