Comany is very good and they give chance to not just only people from big named colleges but to also who are from little known colleges but are highly skilled

Dislikes

Salary growth is less, and they have no differentiation in their service so it becomes very difficult to convincr customers to take loan from us than hdfc or any big bank or nbfc
