Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This was the worst interview experience so far in my career. It was completely unethical behaviour on the part of the HR. I was scheduled for 2nd round after my screening. A few moments later I've been informed by the receptionist that I have to leave, and I haven't heard from them since.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
