Underpaid so need suggestions

I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000. Below is my Academic Background BMS Graduate passed - 2010 Diploma in Marketing Mangt - 2011 PGP in Management- 2022 Global MBA - 2023 Please suggest me what I should demand in My coming opportunity and what is my actual Market Value?

If you are in love with 9 hours working inside of office (punch in - punch out) in 21st century, you will love this place. Irrespective you have work or not, you are not allowed to leave early (monthly 3 exceptions are allowed) Also the Mumbai office has over 30 buildings over 500 acers! But only one section on a single floor servesNonveg. Rest the office is pure veg and even if you bring Nonveg from home, it is frowned upon! isnt this just amazing??? Like WOW!...Read More

Just works on the principal "Upar se order aaya hai! karna padega asap!" 0 professionalism and no senior leader is open to change or share ownership. Seniour managers are not that much of professional in nature as they are so egoistic and increment also done on the basis of favouratism only.. Management least bother on this... Even they are not allowing employees to take benefits as per the employee catagory and included in policy. Very cheap thinking by seniour managers mainly in the back office department in slp.
