You can grow technical knowledge! Company has no competition in the market!

Employee take care is zero! Off rolls are out of sal increament process as if they are not working whole year! Off rolls are out of good mediclaim insurance as if they will not have health challenges! Internal growth as of now is zero! Culture is not good! No reward and recognition program in regional level! Ultimately you will not remain satisfied working here!

Job security is quite good, learning is also good, job satisfaction and overall experience is excellent, only compensation in yearly is need to bit higher , retaintion policy should more effective which not .

Dislikes

Yearly performance based hike is not upto the mark . Important resource migration prevention through retention policy is also not up to the mark . Interla job promotion benefit is not flexible.
