If u want to spoil ur good carrier...then u can join this company ...management ko sirf employe ko job se nikal ne ki dhamki dena pata hai ...na ki uski performance dekhana ...every alternative day is a BIG DAY ...if u not achieved ur daily target ..then u have to visit at midnight in DTC main office ... for giving justification.. VERY VERY LONG WORKING HOURS. NOTHING TO LEARN RATHER THAN TO RUN FOR THE DAILY DAY TARGETS.

Work Life is very horrible. There is no particular time to work in Jio. Every Day there will be a team meeting at early morning around 7-7:30 am and you have to work at least 10 -12 working hours for every day.
