No work life balance- strict 9 hours of working (even 30 seconds delay) will mark you absent. No leaves- you are expected to work on weekends as well and attend long meetings with unknowledgeable stakeholders and overconfident managers. Literally no learning. I would love working at Jio for my life time but not with team as there is no increment and it’s been 3 years I have been transferred to each & every HR department but then also they are hiring employees from outside on Payroll of Jio

People who have ownership mindset are valued and grow in Jio. I am one of the example in 9 years I had 4 role change and 3 promotions. Last year I have been promoted as CEO is a testimony of growth culture in Jio.
