Overall Company is good, the culture of working state to state is differ, Its depends upon circle Managers also .

Dislikes

The policies of the company is good. But operating system of circle drive is very poor & internal politics is huge that's why Career growth & promotion chances are very poor ! Even company should not do hiring from outsources, they should promote their own staff according to year devoted in same organisation & total work experiences .

Work Details

Working hours should be decided like in sales department there is no schedule of working, more den 12 hrs work but getting extra perks after doing extra hrs job.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Underpaid so need suggestions

I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000. Below is my Academic Background BMS Graduate passed - 2010 Diploma in Marketing Mangt - 2011 PGP in Management- 2022 Global MBA - 2023 Please suggest me what I should demand in My coming opportunity and what is my actual Market Value?
