Seniour managers are not that much of professional in nature as they are so egoistic and increment also done on the basis of favouratism only.. Management least bother on this... Even they are not allowing employees to take benefits as per the employee catagory and included in policy. Very cheap thinking by seniour managers mainly in the back office department in slp.

Central teams (Mumbai_HQ) and their culture & overall systems was very nice. I personally appreciate that.

Dislikes

Wrong management system by Mr. Satya Narayan Das (Area Head_Odisha) along with Mr. Bikash Biswal (JCM_ Bargarh JC). Employees resigned on every 2-3 months duration after joining process due to only above-mentioned peoples wrong management system and nepotism.

Dirty politics, favouratism, every people in higher management is saving their back by creating a toxic work culture- starting from Senior manager to DGM to State Head to Regional Head they know 1 thing very well how to save their jobs and for this they can do anything illegal whatever they want. They are using slangs to Enterprise Sales Managers and also forcing to resign. They are cheating with Central by doing fraud. Everyone in management (Sr. Manager, DGM, GM, State Head and The culprit Regional Head ) are nvolved in fraudulent activities to save their jobs. It's not all people but only few people who makes it worse and if those few are from Top Leadership team then It's gone. The slangs OMG and every time threatening of the job. Entire day there's Con call leaving you with no time to perform your task.

Dislikes

Con call from 7 am till 12 at night. No time left to perform your task after so many con calls. Threat from Top Leaders of taking away your job everyday. Slangs used by few Top Leaders to their subordinates.

Don't join this company,you will regret every day for that. Your JCM will be a toy for management, You will loose all your skills and time . 3 people died due to pressure in the organization. HR it is the biggest joke. Your day starts at morning 6 AM and ends at 11 PM . Your Area manager will skrew your happiness , because he has zero knowledge about ground.

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

Only senior's are take advantage for promotion by politics. I lost my 6 years in this company. I have achieved many Exam but not seen by management because they are blind.

Good Office space and well staffed in Administration, Planning,IT department. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks.
