During beging of lock down well supported but now in the name of PIP,asking employee to leave

Work Details

Terrible. Mostly we need to do the every work as per the company demand time to time not only sales of all Jio enterprise product, survey,and put other updation time to time or work ,,,nobody will see that but finally will ask where is the sales figure

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Underpaid so need suggestions

I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000. Below is my Academic Background BMS Graduate passed - 2010 Diploma in Marketing Mangt - 2011 PGP in Management- 2022 Global MBA - 2023 Please suggest me what I should demand in My coming opportunity and what is my actual Market Value?
