This organization is like a fish market. No time for a break no time leave no time sick leave too, even after working so hard no proper salary no proper bonus everything in this organization is fake contract fake promises.

From the day 1 of OJT you are performance is measured on par with the one having 1 year experience, Management continuously humiliates you for not reaching these targets this creates a vicious cycle of mental agony, It is 10.5 hour shift and they assign mandatory 1-2 hours of Over time taking your shift timing to 13 hrs, they give you 7 am shift for 1 week and 6:30 pm shift in the next week you will die of sleeplessness and mental problems , get ready to forget having personal life if you decide to work for this company. They give you mandatory leaves so that you don’t have any leave left with you during holidays.
