There is nothing to like about this company.
Dislikes
You’ll not find anything good there. Thay can change your shift/week offs anytime. No work ethics, No culture, No professionalism. In a sentence “They’re the worst.”

It was great working with jindals and I the environment and culture was good. I have seen some really positive changes in me and my skills and confidence as well.
Dislikes
Due to rotational changes and shifts I was not able to manage my personal life amd daily routine.

It was overall a good experience. I have seen a huge positive change in my skills and confidence by working with quality professionals.

Training part was good there. Alisha maam did the great job. I never faced any issue during training period.
Dislikes
Honestly, I didn't find anything productive working there. Jindal is a brand and it has it's reputation surely. I was hired in a Zomato process. Company may be good but the management system was very worst. You get hired for something else and you're forced to do something else. I gave interview for chat process. And got transferred to other calling process. First of all,I gave interview there because of chat process I didn't want to do work in an inbound calling. They should have mentioned before at the time of interview which would be much better. When I refused to do inbound calling, they simply said we don't need you because there are too much employees for this process now. If that was the reason then why did you hire us.?
Our respective team leader was not supportive at all. I had asked every doubts from my colleague on the floor. Team leader didn't guide me at all. Work pressure is very high from the very first day when you hit the floor. Employee satisfaction is zero BIG zero. If there would be some emergency they didn't give you leave also. No appraisal nothing. Salary is low. Nobody wants to take any responsibility, if something happens only employee would be responsible there. Too much politics between employees and sometimes senior also get involved in these politics. No professionalism at all. When they asked to leave the company after the formalities suddenly we are nobody. Admin manager didn't talk to us properly, gaurd was so rude with us he was like get out of this property. I mean seriously you behave like this with your employees if they become ex- employee of the company.I personally won't like to work in such a company. Because it will also impact on my cv and I can't see any growth, no moral values in such company. This will be wastage of time and effort for me. I won't suggest anyone to work there....Read More

I was hired for customer delight executive in Zomato process. I had to give information about food delivery timing, any instructions if customer has to pass on to restaurant, resolve complaint, give compensation.
