Great Chairman & CEO but company ethos are not translating downline. Good infrastructure in plant locations.

Worst HR team.Too much politics amongst senior executives. Rather than encouraging innovation and positive ideas by new joiners, change is dreaded by the senior oldtimers. Everything shall be done by Chairman attitude. Too much fear amongst frontline.

I was called to spearhead a new business verticle. However, too many layers were created after joining. I was not allowed to implement proven strategy worked by me in other organisations. Rather than me, external consultants were trusted.

The plant environment is pretty good also the production efficiency is high to fulfill their requirements bcz jspl is a integrated steel plant so they have many more production section ...also their production plan is good ....But one thing what I'm realise in my working career all the maintenance work is done in paper work but still the maintenance work not doing they in the site so im little bit unhappy with my working hours bcz we r working in toxic gas area ... So their many chances to happen anytime incident due irregular maintenance... But im always try to give my best in my working period ...also im concern with my senior officer to rectify the problems...Also they are slowly slowly solving the problems... Another thing is JSPL management are not provide all the materials &all the tools...suppose we need non-speaking tools to work in gas line they didn't provide its so im unhappy......Read More
