Worst company I have seen in my life. "Khun chusne k liye admi ko jinda rakhna zaroori hai" management has this type of mindset.

Manager attitude towards employee is not good, as per position responsibility is very high as compared to managers

I'm really happy to be part of it. As a fresher when I joined after college as a DET, it's out of my mind whatever I have to do there or which job will hand over to me . But I was put on a project which was really great to me to learn. So it wasn't so easy whenever you join as a freshy. But I got my seniors like a guardian there. Within 2 years we able to complete the project & successfully commissioned. It has a great environment in which you can freely mix up . It was really a memorable journey......Read More

Preferably nothing like this . But you know poor communication is a big problem in a workplace.The issue starts when employees avoid speaking forthright to their employers for fear of retribution. And one thing I like to say that ' The lack of opportunity of growth '. An Employee works there where he find his satisfaction !! May be I wrong ..

Salary is paid on time and there is a good salary pack, there is facility of medical claim and the owner of the company, Mr. Naveen Jindal ji is the hero of my life and my source of inspiration

Boss not giving proper opportunity in Angul special tradtment and favorism for orissa people. Also some one treat boss they like buttering people. Boss not liberal. Working culture poor.
